I'm Always Near You

Story behind this one. I was thinking about how those mourning are rumored to be visited by those... well, those who have passed. I imagine L's death must have been terrible for Near, who never lets on how he's feeling. So, what would happen if the heaven-sent L paid Near a visit? What I tried to convey through this drawing was how moved L was by Near's sudden and unexpected emotional outpour. Sure, it's OOC, but it worked well in my mind. L and Near are (c) Ohba and Obata.
